What are your products intended for?
Laboratory and in-vitro research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not give usage instructions.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our EU facility with tracking. Delivery with FedEx International Priority usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch.
How do I know the purity is real?
Every batch is tested before release. Look up the batch code on your vial to see its results and download the full Certificate of Analysis.
What is photo proof?
Before your order ships, we send you a photo of the exact vials and packaging going into your parcel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and SEPA bank transfer.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in a plain outer box with no product names on the outside.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
