Terms of service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply to every purchase from bioniclabs.co. The shop is operated by OÜ Who Wins, registry code 17156864, VAT EE102821941, Siduri tn 7, 11313 Tallinn, Estonia ("Bionic Labs", "we"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory and in vitro research only. They are not medicines, food or cosmetics, are not for human or veterinary use, and have not been approved by any medical authority (such as the EMA or FDA). By ordering you confirm that you will use the products only for lawful research, that you have the knowledge to handle them safely, and that importing them is lawful where you are. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we have reason to believe a product will be misused.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and the details you give us must be correct.
3. Products and batch data
Each product page shows the batch currently shipping and links to its Certificate of Analysis. Purity and content figures come from the laboratory report for that batch. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. VAT and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. For bank transfer, we email an invoice with our bank details; please add your order number to the payment. We ship once the payment has arrived, and may cancel an order if payment is not received within 7 days. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.
5. Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order before it ships, for example if a product is out of stock, and will refund anything you have paid in full.
6. Shipping
Delivery times, costs, customs and lost or damaged parcels are covered in our Shipping policy.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel and how refunds work are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under EU and Estonian law.
8. Handling and storage
After delivery, you are responsible for storing and handling products as stated on the label and product page. Lyophilized products should be kept cool, dry and away from light.
9. Liability
We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and the published batch data. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by use outside laboratory research, by incorrect storage or handling after delivery, or for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
11. Intellectual property
All text, photos, graphics, logos and the Bionic Labs name on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Privacy
How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@bioniclabs.eu; we aim to resolve it within 14 days. Consumers in Estonia may also refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
